"Super Saturdays" -- Billable hours two for the price of one
The Firm announced today that from now until the end of July, billable hours logged on Saturdays will be charged to clients at the rate of two for the price of one. According to senior partner Franklin D. Solomon, "We've been noticing lots of associates out of the office on Saturdays, and we'd like to incentivize our clients to demand more work, to call with more urgent requests. It's an extreme measure, but we hope that the discount means we'll have more urgent work to do on the weekends and our associates won't be able to take that time off. It's a drain on productivity to have associates missing days, even on the weekends. Anything we can do to keep this firm running as efficiently as it can, it's a step worth taking."
