Mr. Berman is a member of the Firm's bankruptcy practice, which serves corporations and their principal creditors and investors by providing value-added legal solutions. He has acted in support of counsel for sellers, purchasers and creditors in hundreds of transactions and has witnessed his superiors advising officers and directors of public companies involved in debt restructuring on matters related to corporate governance. He has also read a number of bankruptcy-related books.
