Mr. Firth, on the cusp of partnership but still being teased, handles various types of leveraged buyouts and investment grade acquisitions, including IPO-related recapitalisations, general corporate fundraisings and other non-acquisition-related debt-raisings. Prior to joining the Firm, he was homeless, but lived in the alley behind a major UK bank, picking up the terminology.
