Ms. Ginsberg assists clients with their estate planning and estate and trust administration, helping them implement strategies that to achieve maximum transmission of family wealth without the pesky taxes that often accompany such transmission. She has special experience with issues related to art collections, foreign holdings, and asset transfer to third parties. Last year, Ms. Ginsberg received a personal tax refund from the government equivalent to her entire salary.
